Evgeny Grin (Karlson2k) b5bf6ccf78 configure: added '--enable-heavy-tests' 
Some tests may fail because of too intensive usage of OS resources.
Skip by default resources-heavy tests so testsute can be run on
a machine with some parallel activity.

Oracle Developer Studio cc compiler is too picky about pointers
conversion from/to void*. Muted warning for the main code and
left some warnings in examples as they are too obvious.

If OS doesn't support non-blocking sockets then additional call of
select() or poll() is required to lower chances of being blocked.

Evgeny Grin (Karlson2k) 7c73528933 Fixed: avoided SIGPIPE if possiible 
Added blocking of SIGPIPE on daemon threads.
Added tracking of SIGPIPE suppressions on sockets.
Added fallback to normal send() instead of sendfile() and writev() if
SIGPIPE is not blocked.
