Evgeny Grin (Karlson2k) b5bf6ccf78 configure: added '--enable-heavy-tests' 
Some tests may fail because of too intensive usage of OS resources.
Skip by default resources-heavy tests so testsute can be run on
a machine with some parallel activity.

Evgeny Grin (Karlson2k) 7b2c73d1b9 Fixed bootstrap with different gettext version on the build host 
The problem is autopoint can install only all files or no files
at all and without updating of M4 macros in any case.
Build process failed at make-time of dist because of version mismatch
for M4 macros and po/* files.

Oracle Developer Studio cc compiler is too picky about pointers
conversion from/to void*. Muted warning for the main code and
left some warnings in examples as they are too obvious.

If OS doesn't support non-blocking sockets then additional call of
select() or poll() is required to lower chances of being blocked.

Evgeny Grin (Karlson2k) d3589c58ff Revert "fix #6594: better test for gnutls_record_uncork" 
This reverts commit ed6afa825e.
MHD is not using gnutls_record_(un)cork anymore, allow to
compile it with older GnuTLS.
NOTE: it's generally bad idea to use outdated versions of
TLS lib as it may contain some vulnerabilities.
