Evgeny Grin (Karlson2k) cbd62cc2d3 Autotools refactoring: better follow GNU coding standards ...

Never override CFLAGS, CPPFLAGS, and LDFLAGS in 'configure'.
Let user override compile setting as make-time almost in the same way
like at configure-time.

Removed some redundant compile settings.
