Brad King c211b5b7f3 Makefile: Pass includes response file using native path style 
We already pass the objects and libraries response files to the linker
this way.  In particular, this is needed when using `NMake Makefiles`
on Windows with a path to `clang++.exe` that is not a "short path":

    >nmake -f slash.make
    "C:\Program Files\LLVM\bin\clang++.exe" @CMakeFiles/slash.rsp
    cannot not open file 'C:\...\CMakeFiles': is a directory
    >nmake -f backslash.make
    "C:\Program Files\LLVM\bin\clang++.exe" @CMakeFiles\backslash.rsp

Brad King 728b8b34c2 IAR: Fix ichecks invocation on Windows when not using short paths 
In commit c7d2a17253 (IAR: Add support for C-STAT static analysis,
2025-04-08, v4.1.0-rc1~385^2) we accidentally assumed the path to
`ichecks` never has a space.  It worked because we always constructed
the path from a Windows "short path" to the compiler tool.  Avoid
relying on that.

Matthew Woehlke 7d2b4df69a CPS: Fix crash on bad paths in .cps file 
The logic to compute the CPS prefix by comparing the specified relative
path to the actual path contained a potential overflow if the specified
path is longer than the actual path.  Fix this by comparing the path
lengths first.

Marc Chevrier dee8799d16 FileSet management: Introduce dedicated classes for generation 
To manage the generation step, introduce cmGeneratorFileSet and
cmGeneratorFileSets classes.
These reorganizations of the code are done in preparation of the
implementation of SOURCES file set type as well as user's file set types.

This was broken by commit 96b3dd329e (cmCTestLaunchReporter: Replace
cmsysProcess with cmUVProcessChain, 2023-07-26, v3.28.0-rc1~138^2~2).
KWSys Process shares stdin by default.  Now it must be explicit.

Brad King 4f451d044a cmake-gui: Fix first-configure dialog appearance in Dark Mode on Windows 
Since commit 1fef953655 (Utilities/Release: Update to Qt 6.10.1 on
Windows builds, 2025-12-08) our official binaries on Windows now honor
dark mode.  However, this dialog became unreadable, seemingly due to
QTBUG-123853.  Setting the wizard style to itself seems to work around
the problem.
