Tyler Yankee 286d490845 cmJSONParserFuzzer: Port to use cmJSONState 
Given that most call-sites throughout CMake now use the cmJSONState
wrapper instead of calling into jsoncpp directly, the fuzzing test
should also now go through the wrapper.
