Refactoring in commit a72e241200 (Check*: Restore more toleration of
`;-W...` in CMAKE_REQUIRED_FLAGS, 2026-07-21, v4.4.1~12^2) changed the
pattern that `Check*` modules use to forward `CMAKE_REQUIRED_FLAGS` to
`try_compile` calls. However, it accidentally left out part of the new
pattern in the `CheckSymbolExists` module. Fix that and add tests.

If using both FindLua and FindLua51 modules, the FindLua51 and Lua 5.2
or newer is found, FindLua51 module can set the Lua_VERSION variable to
empty value. Instead, the Lua51_VERSION can be used to bypass this
issue.

This deprecates the ImageMagick_VERSION_STRING result variable.
Additionally, ImageMagick version is now determined by either mogrify
executable (if available), or from the `<magick/version.h>` header.

This deprecates the QT_VERSION_STRING result variable.
The QT_VERSION_STRING was probably meant to be set also by FindQt4
module (for the deprecated FindQt) but at the time of writing isn't
implemented therefore replaced in the test.

This module now provides a DevIL_VERSION result variable and supports
the `<version>` argument in the find_package() call. Version range can
be also specified.

This deprecates the GNUTLS_VERSION result variable.
Instead of setting the version from pkg-config, the header files can be
used. GnuTLS versions 2.7.2 and later define the GNUTLS_VERSION in
`<gnutls/gnutls.h>` header. Earlier versions defined LIBGNUTLS_VERSION.
If finding such string in header is not successful, fallback to version
from pkg-config is used.
