instrumentation: Correct query-v1 JSON schema URL

Commit 79c88703eb (instrumentation: Add JSON schema for query files,
2026-01-14, v4.3.0-rc1~109^2) added the schema file, but pointed to a
`$schema` which doesn't exist.
