You should set version and deploy properties
before call this macro, see

so make sure it can be executed from shell
OPTIONS allow you to pass custom flags to "deploy_tool"
You can see flags by launch "deploy_tool" without arguments
Using CMAKE_LDD, CMAKE_OTOOL or CMAKE_OBJDUMP variable,
